Thirty One Idream (31 Idream) is the original Japanese title and Idol Dreams is the English translation. Arina Tanemura started Idol Dreams in 2013 and the first English volume came out in November, 2015. The manga is still ongoing, so we don't know yet how long it will be. I think it will only be a few volumes long though.
Idol Dreams is Arina's first josei manga, meaning it's aimed for older girls. When she became a freelancer she got many invitations to work with various manga magazines. One of the requests was to create a magical girl josei manga and the result became Idol Dreams. It has less of Arina's typical comedy gags.

" At age 31, office worker Chikage Deguchi feels she missed her chances at love and success. When word gets out that she’s a virgin, Chikage is humiliated and wishes she could return to the time when she was still young and popular. She takes an experimental drug that changes her appearance back to when she was 15. Now Chikage is determined to pursue everything she missed out on all those years ago—including becoming a star!"
